Parent Consent Agreement

By ticking the consent box at sign-up or checkout, or clicking “I consent” in our email, you confirm and agree to the following.

1. You are the parent or legal guardian of the child, and you are 18 or older.
2. You consent to Read Like Rocky collecting and using your child’s first name or nickname, age or grade, interests you enter, assessment answers, lesson activity, scores, progress and engagement data, only to deliver and personalize lessons, show you progress, and provide rewards.
3. Service providers. You consent to sharing this information with the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy, only to run the program. We will ask for separate consent before sharing it with anyone else or using it for any other purpose, including advertising or AI model training.
4. Supervision. You will set up your child’s learning profile, supervise their use, and keep your login private. Your child will not use the Skool community or any public or chat feature.
5. Live sessions. Live parent sessions are recorded. Do not show your child on camera or share their full name, school, or photos in sessions or the community.
6. Rewards. Prizes and gift cards are sent to you, not your child.
7. Your rights. You may review your child’s information, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing support@readlikerocky.com. Withdrawing consent ends your child’s access to lessons; it does not cancel billing. See our Subscription & Refund Terms.
8. Changes. If we materially change what we collect from children or how we use it, we will ask for your consent again first.
