To ask for a refund, email support@readlikerocky.com from the email address on your account (or reply to your receipt). We will confirm by email and refund your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Cancelling after 7 days
You can cancel anytime. After the first 7 days, cancelling stops future billing. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not give partial refunds for unused time in a month or year.
